Bats are one of the most perplexing and strange creatures on the planet. How do they locate their prey in total darkness? Which bats might we find in our neighbourhoods?

Discover more about the life cycle of one of nature's most misunderstood creatures. Our experts put the records straight as they explain how bats navigate and hunt in total darkness.
