Learn the secrets of a rejuvenating makeover with our Thalgo and Decléor specialists.

 

- Demonstrations, workshops and sample treatments

 

Thalgo products are prized for harnessing the riches of the sea to revitalise, rebalance and heal the body while Decléor apply essential oils from nature to refresh the skin and relax the mind.

Wellbeing Break

Wellbeing

Experience a brand new break with us at Thoresby Hall Hotel & Spa on this 2 night or 3 night weekend.

There will be a series of taster activities taking place over the course of the weekend and that are included in the price of the break. Our flexible programme allows you to indulge in as much or as little as you choose.

Fitness for the Over 50's

Fitness for the Over 50's

These breaks are a great opportunity to shape up - a full three days where you can gently exercise your way back to fitness.

 

- Guided walks

 

- Introduction to our gym and all the equipment

 

- Personal goals based on your individual ability

 

You really don't need to be super fit to go on these breaks, we'll talk you through the equipment in our superb gyms and introduce you to the options that are right for you, as well host guided walks.

 

We'll provide one-on-one advice to help you achieve your goals, based on your individual ability and we'll keep a careful eye on you too.

 

We promise this is not for the lycra-clad fanatics, it's for older people who enjoy light exercise. You'll learn all about the importance of stretching and breathing properly too and a visit to the pool - for those who like to swim - will provide more opportunities to exercise.

 

Experience this for £20 per person. Limited places.


Walks with Warner - Walking the Wight

Walking the Wight

Take a deep breath of fresh air, enjoy some of the island's stunning views and come on a walk with us.

 

- Three guided walks around the island

 

- Packed lunch will be provided

 

You will be transported to a place of local interest to begin your stroll. Then our local guide will share with you interesting facts and local knowledge you never knew existed. You can learn a little about the stunning environment around you knowing that you have also spent time doing an activity that is ridiculously good for you!
