Booking a Holiday Online

Is it safe and how secure is it to book online?

To ensure complete peace of mind when booking online, your personal details are encrypted and we use secure servers for your payment. This means any information you provide to us remains private and unreadable as it travels over the internet. We use SSL (Secure Sockets Layer) technology with 128-bit encryption.

Look out for the padlock Secure website logo at the bottom of your Payment Details page as this indicates a secure area; meaning you can complete your credit/debit card details with total confidence.

Can I use credit notes or vouchers to book online?

Credit notes or vouchers cannot be used to book online. To use these, please contact the Warner Leisure Hotels Hotline team on 0870 264 0263.

What credit and debit cards do you accept?

We accept MasterCard, Visa, Delta and Maestro cards. Unfortunately, we do not accept American Express, Visa or Electron debit cards.

Who processes my credit/debit card information when I make a payment?

Barclaycard Merchant Services will securely process your credit/debit card payment on behalf of Warner Leisure Hotels.

What additional security precautions do you have in place?

For additional protection, we ask for the security code on your card. This unique three-digit number is physically printed onto your card, therefore you must have the card in your possession in order to use it. It is not embossed onto your card and is not shown on your card receipt or your statement. As a result, it is difficult for anyone other than the cardholder to make a purchase. As an additional security precaution to better protect against card fraud we require that you enter this code.

Warner Leisure Hotels, its employees, contractors, agents and owners are not responsible for the security policies or content of any websites to which it may link.

Book online early to take full advantage of our best price offers.

Can I book a single room online and is there a supplement?

Single rooms are available at selected hotels and resorts but due to their limited number, sell out very quickly. To ensure your single room, please book early to avoid disappointment. Single rooms are priced as single rooms. Should you wish to book a double/twin room for a single person, please call us on 0870 264 0263 . Supplements apply.

I want to book a break for a group of more than 20 people. What should I do?

We can only accept bookings of up to 20 people online. If you wish to book a break for more than 20 people, please contact our dedicated Group Sales team on 01442 236 777 or email them on groupsales@warnerleisurehotels.co.uk

Will I receive confirmation through the post and how long will it take?

You will receive confirmation within 7 days of booking online by post. In addition, if you book online you will receive an instant email confirmation, with full details on your booking.

What happens if I do not receive my confirmation through the post before I go?

If you do not receive confirmation through the post before you go, please take a print-out from your email confirmation if possible. Alternatively please take a form of ID with you identifying your name and address.

How do I make changes to my booking?

Can I book my ferry online?

You can book a ferry up to 17 days prior to departure through the Warner Leisure Hotels website at time of booking.
